Harlow man pleads guilty to driving under influence of drugs

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs.

Paul Baldwin, aged 43, of Churchfield, Harlow pleaded guilty at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

On 06/07/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely LEXMOTO, on a road, namely Velizy Avenue, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Cocaine, in your blood, namely 19ug, exceeded the specified limit

On 06/07/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely LEXMOTO, on a road, namely Velizy Avenue, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine, in your blood, namely 365 ug, exceeded the specified limit

Baldwin was disqualified from driving for twelve months and fined £413.00
