A MAN has pleaded guilty to committing an act of indecent exposure.

Joseph Maguire, aged 57, of The Hides, Harlow made a plea at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following.

Between 11/11/2018 and 23/08/2019 at Harlow in a public place committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely Exposed your penis in public

Maguire has been remanded on bail until his next appearance on June 9th.
