HARLOW Council has listed a number of road schemes awaiting funding.
From traffic calming to lay-bys, the full list can be found below.

Just to be clear these schemes are the responsibility of Essex County Council and were discussed recently at the Harlow Local Highways Panel. This panel has a delegated budget for relatively small improvement schemes. At the panel, as well a supporting these schemes, Cllr Danny Purton and I called for major investment in repairing our roads and for repairing and maintaining the cycle ways.
