Arrests after knife-point robbery on Fifth Avenue

TWO men have been arrested after a man reported being robbed on Fifth Avenue, Harlow.
The victim contacted the police at 10.50pm on Friday 24 July after being approached by three men, one of whom was armed with a knife.
He was kicked in the face and suffered a cut to his hand, and they stole a small amount of money.
Officers were quickly on scene and arrested two men on suspicion of robbery.
The men, aged 37 and 40, remain in custody for questioning.
Police are continuing their enquiries and anyone who was in the area at the time and saw what happened or saw three men acting suspiciously are asked to call Harlow CID on 101 quoting incident 1501 of 24 July.
