Football: Former St Mark’s pupil makes his international debut in Nations League

Football / Sat 5th Sep 2020 at 05:07pm

A FORMER St Mark’s student came off the bench to play his part in Gibraltar’s victory in the Nations League.

Nineteen-year-old Kian Ronan was part of the team that beat San Marino 1-0 under the shadow of the Rock of Gibraltar.

Kian play this football for Lincoln Imp Reds but was formerly on the books of Ipswich Town.

This was Kian’s first senior international call-up. We are sure it will be the first of many!

So proud of my grandson representing our country. He well deserves this opportunity for his hard work, sacrifices and dedication to football
