THE LEADER of Harlow Council was on site to see the work begin on new council housing in Bushey Croft.

Sixteen new council houses are being built opposite William Martin school on Tawneys Road.

YH went down to speak to councillor Mark Ingall, about the development, the timescale and who would qualify for one of the new houses.
