A HEARTBROKEN mother is making an appeal for the return of a pendant with the ashes of her late daughter, which was stolen in a burglary last week.

The pendant (see above) has the inscription “Forever Daughter” and is dedicated to Ursula Pelka, who died from cancer.

Ursula’s mother,, Rosanna told YH: “There were two pendants taken. One dedicated to my daughter with “Forever Daughter” and one dedicated to my mum with “Forever Mum”.

They mean the world to me and my family. So please just hand them back to us or the police or whoever.”

The pendant was one of a number of items stolen following a break-in to a property in Pytt Field on Friday, January 5th, between 1.30pm ad 4.40pm.

It was reported an address in Pytt Field was broken into between 1.30pm and 4.40pm on Friday January 5th, 2024.

Car keys, drills and jewellery were taken.

A police spokesperson said: “If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
