Police launch investigation after teenager victim of attempted robbery at knifepoint

ESSEX Police has launched an investigation after a boy was confronted by two males with a knife.
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “We were called to reports of an attempted robbery in Harlow on Wednesday (15 May) evening.
It was reported two boys approached a 13 year-old boy in Little Brays at around 5.15pm and one of them showed the boy a knife.
The victim was able to call a family member who confronted the two boys, who then left the area.

Why oh why are we not given full descriptions of attackers these days, Surely a full description including ethnicity would help to catch perpetrators, it would also help to stop assumptions

There are videos on Facebook. They are small skinny and white, in tracksuits with man bags and vapes. Basically 99% of kids these days. They would snap if you made them jump. What's wrong with thes kids? It's all vapes, CO2 and spice. I remember when I was a kid we didn't carry knifes and smoked fags and did proper drugs like pills and coke. The world's gone soft.
