A HARLOW man has been charged with the harassment of another person.

James Underdown, aged 41, of Denby Grange, Harlow has been charged with the following.

Between November 11th, 2023 and December 24th, 2023 at Essex, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another person, and which you knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of them in that you made repeated unwanted contact via letters and telephone communication.

Underdown has been remanded on conditional bail. The next hearing in the magistrates court is set for October 7th, 2024.
