Waltham Abbey: Appeal after fatal motorbike collision on the Crooked Mile

ESSEX Police are appealing for dashcam footage or witnesses following a fatal collision in Crooked Mile, Waltham Abbey.

We were called to reports of a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle at about 9.35pm on Tuesday 27 August.

Sadly, the rider died at the scene. She was 22 years old.

Detective Sergeant Alex Black, of our Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “We are investigating this collision and would appeal to anyone with any information to contact us.

“We would particularly like to hear from anyone who has dashcam footage.

“If you saw the motorbike before the collision or have any other information which you think could assist our investigation, get in touch.”
