A Harlow Council spokesperson said: “”We are shocked and saddened that a man has died in the Town Centre and our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with his family, friends, and all those affected by this.
“A police investigation is underway and we are supporting the Police in any way we can.”
The portfolio holder for public protection, cllr Joel Charles has also issued a statement.
The new plans also will need to get rid of the rabbit run alleyways. Just druggies n bad people's mugging spots.
I'm no criminal expert. However I go to the town for day to day shopping, and all you smell is weed, see drug deals taking place, people waiting to deliver "goods" etc. If I can see it as a normal Shopper why can't the police see it? It's not difficult get police on the ground, no more talking, slap on the wrists because clearly it does nothing, get them nick them and clean this town for once!!!!
The UK needs a Nayib Bukele to change the culture and clamp down on crime.
