HARLOW charity Rainbow Services are working with dance company Green Candle to run a FREE monthly dementia friendly dance club.

The next session is this Friday (11 July) from 1-2pm at St Mary at Latton Church Hall, near Harlow Museum.

It has been found that regular, dementia-focused dance activities delivered by specialist practitioners can improve and prolong a good standard of life relating to physical and mental wellbeing for people living with dementia.
