AN INQUEST is set to be held today (Thursday) into the death of a woman found dead in a car park in Old Harlow.

Janice Jewell, aged 72 was found following a call to concerns for the welfare of a woman in the Green Man car park off the High Street, in Old Harlow, shortly after 1.20pm on Saturday January 4th.

The police arrived alongside other emergency services and, sadly, found that she had died.

Her death was treated as unexpected but not suspicious and a file has been prepared for the coroner.

The documentary inquest will take place  at Chelmsford Coroner’s Court in Seax House, Chelmsford.
