A MAN is set to stand trial over allegations of sexual assault on children from the early eighties.

Dean Tabone, aged 57, of The Street, Sheering has been charged with the following.

Between 03 Oct 1982 and 03 Oct 1984 at Seymours, Harlow incited a boy under the age of 14, to commit an act of gross indecency with yourself.

Between 03 Oct 1982 and 03 Oct 1982 at Seymours, Harlow committed buggery with a child under the age of 14.

Between 03 Oct 1982 and 03 Oct 1984 at Seymours, Harlow incited a boy under the age of 14, to commit an act of gross indecency with yourself.

Between 03 Oct 1982 and 03 Oct 1984 at Seymours, Harlow indecently assaulted a boy under 14.

The case has been sent to Chelmsford Crown Court for trial.

The next scheduled appearance is October 20th, 2025.
