Epping’s Bell Hotel resident jailed for four months

MOHAMMED Sharwarq was jailed for a total of 16 weeks when he appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 30 September.

Sharwarq was arrested in connection with four assaults after Loughton Local Policing Team were called to The Bell Hotel on Epping High Road on Tuesday 12 August.
The 32-year-old, who formerly resided at The Bell Hotel, Epping, was further questioned in connection with two earlier assaults.
After a full investigation, Mohammed Sharwarq was remanded into custody to appear at court the next day, charged with two counts of common assault and four counts of assault by beating.
The offences took place between 25 July and 12 August.
At the first appearance at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 13 August, Sharwarq, a Syrian national, pleaded guilty to all six charges.
He was also ordered to pay £700 in compensation and costs.

What a bloody pathetic sentence.
Whot the government need to do is deport him straight away after the four months yes very lienent sentence but labour says no room in prisons so they need to get the balls to do the right thing and get rid off them
