White Horse pub in Old Harlow sold at auction

A HARLOW pub has been sold at an auction.
Auction House East Anglia held a livestream property auction on Wednesday, October 22.



In total, 74 lots were sold, raising more than £11 million. Prices ranged from £6,500 for a half-acre parcel of land in Saxmundham, Suffolk, to £400,000 for a public house in Harlow.
The pub in question was The White Horse pub on Old Road, Old Harlow.
According to their records, the pub was sold for £400,000.
We do not know who the buyer was.
It was advertised as a “Freehold Former Public House Two Floor Three Bedroom Land 0.32 Acre”.

This will be interesting to see who has bought this and the future intent.
My grandad 87 years old would pop in there every Saturday afternoon for a pint he would get home Wednesday afternoon. He loved that place.
