A single goal by Fabion Simms (66) was the difference between the two teams.

This means that the Hawks are now seven games unbeaten.

They are now in ninth place but are just four points off the play off places.

They return to league action next Saturday with a big test away against fellow promotion chasers, Biggleswade United.
