Harlow driver charged with failing to stop after collision

A HARLOW driver has been charged with failing to stop after a collision.
Taylor Young, aged 24, of Hookfield, Harlow has been charged with the following.

On May 15th, 2025 at Harlow being the driver of a Tesla, owing to the presence of which on Haydens Road, an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person, failed to stop and on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring failed to give your name and address and the name and address of the owner and the identification marks of the vehicle.
On May 15th, 2025 at Harlow being the driver of a Tesla, owing to the presence of which on a road or other public place, namely Haydens Road, an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person, and not having given your name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring you to do so, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable, and in any case within twenty-four hours of the occurrence of the accident.
On May 15th, 2025 at Harlow drove a Tesla on Haydens Road without due care and attention.
Young has been remanded on unconditional bail.
The next hearing is February 9th, 2026.
