DETECTIVES investigating a burglary in Hatfield Heath are appealing for the public’s help.

It was reported that a burglary took place at a property on Sawbridgeworth Road, Hatfield Heath, at around 6.45pm on Tuesday 23 December.

We’d ask anyone who was in the Sawbridgeworth Road area, east of M11, between 5pm and 7pm to check their dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything that could assist our investigation.

I thought the clue was in the job title: detective. Have they tried knocking on doors and asking for help? Maybe visiting the usual fences? Perhaps they will trip over the suspects when knicking them for speeding.
