A PLANNING application for a children’s home in Newhall has been approved by Harlow Council.
The application relates to a five bedroom home in Greenfinch Way, Newhall.
The application was submitted on behalf of: Gold Cross Children’s Homes.

At 15 minutes you mention immigration. The lady who presented the application on behalf of Gold Cross Childrens Homes LTD is NOT the person in control /significant Control of the company already registered inGreenfinch way. It was until 0ctober 2025, a dorment company according to Companies house. Also registered at the same address is Gold Cross care Limited which is listed as a "Temporary employment agency" that on multiple years has been shown as a "dormant company". Where is your due dilligence Harlow council? All of the above is avaliable through the Governments Companies House website.
