THE Water Gardens has been awarded Gold at the International CSR Excellence Awards 2026 for their Water Guardians initiative – “Cultivating Environmental Stewardship in Harlow.” 

A spokesperson said: “Throughout 2025, we hosted four free seasonal events that brought children and families together in the most wonderful way.

“More than 1,100 of you joined us for hands-on activities, workshops, and celebrations of our local environment.

As a community, we:

 Created 24 beautiful rain gardens
 Shared 425 vegetable starter kits with families
 Established 12 new wildlife habitats across Harlow

“This Gold recognition follows our recent Green Apple Award, and we couldn’t be prouder! Thank you to our incredible community who showed up, got involved and proved what’s possible when we work together”.
