POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a brick was thrown at a moving vehicle in Harlow.

At about 11.30pm on October 28, a brick was thrown at a white Ford Transit van in Ployters Road causing damage to its oil container.

It is believed three men were responsible. The van was being driven by a man in his 20s from Harlow.

Pc Craig Till is searching for anyone who might know who is responsible to contact him at Harlow police station on 101.
