THE first ever Park Run in Harlow is set to take place on Saturday morning (Nov 8th).

Over a steady 5k (three mile course). The 9 am run starts at The Greyhound and on a number of loops winds it way through the park as well as on the cycle track to Tanys Dell.

It is a race if you want it to be, it is a jog if you want it to be and it is a leisurely stroll if you so wish.
