Ryman Div One North
Maldon and Tiptree 1 v 1 Harlow Town
HARLOW and Maldon & Tiptree played out a draw in an underwhelming game that saw both goalkeepers given an easy afternoon.
Harlow took the lead through Alex Read during a first half that had few talking points, but the hosts pulled a goal back in the second half with a quick counter-attacking move.
Both sides had opportunities to snatch all three points after the break, but the best chance fell to the hosts as they squandered a penalty to leave both sides with a point each.
The results sees Harlow remain in fourth place on 77 points with eight games left.
They return to action on Wednesday away at Romford, at home on Saturday against Soham Town Rangers and then away at Waltham Abbey on Easter Monday.
