Birthday book for The Queen opened at Civic Centre in Harlow

A BIRTHDAY book has opened in the Civic Centre as part of Harlow’s celebrations for the Queen’s 90th birthday.
The book, which is the Civic Centre, is open from Monday 6 June 2016 for one week for the public to wish the Queen a Happy Birthday and write a message of congratulations.
The Chair and Vice-Chair of Harlow Council, Councillors Edna Stevens and Sue Livings, were the first people to put pen to paper in wishing the Queen a happy 90th birthday this morning (6 June 2016). Harvey Centre Manager Bryan Young also put his own message in.
The Chair of the Council wrote: “Congratulations on your 90th. I look forward to signing another book like this in 10 years’ time!
The book will be available all week from 9am to 4.45pm in the Civic Centre reception, and then in the Harvey Centre this weekend from 9am to 6pm.
The book will be sent to the Queen.
