PLANS FOR changing rooms at Nicholls Field to be re-furbished at a cost of close to £750,000 have been recommended by Harlow Council.

The ruling Labour cabinet sat on Thursday night (Sept 15th) and outlined the plans.

At present, the changing rooms are semi-derelict but the plans hints at a possible tenant that would maximise the use of six football pitches.

The plans would dovetail nicely with the development of the Harlow Rugby Club across the road off Second Avenue.
