A POLISH artist is designing a “paste-up” that calls for racial harmony in Harlow.

The whole mural will be unveiled on Saturday March 18th at and near the Harlow Playhouse.

YH went down to the site to speak to Yola Kudela about the work in what was a general discussion about the motivation behind the work.
