Three people charged with false imprisonment in Arkwrights

THREE people have been charged in connection with an incident in which a woman reported she had been held against her will.
Police were contacted on Monday, April 10 with concern for the 43-year-old woman’s welfare following an incident at an address in Arkwrights, Harlow.
She was taken to hospital with serious injuries to her face, arms and back and has since been discharged.
Tawakal Shah, 47, a chef of Ladyshot, Harlow, was charged with false imprisonment.
Emma Cooke, 34, unemployed, of Arkwrights, Harlow, was charged with false imprisonment, ABH, making threats to kill and possession of cocaine.
Natalie Daniels, 45, unemployed, of Tunnmeade, Harlow, was charged with false imprisonment and ABH.
They are due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday April 12.
