Temporary road closures around the Harlow Street Carnival route

The Harlow is 70 Street Carnival is now just over three weeks away.

For the safety of those involved and watching some roads around the procession route will be temporarily closed on the day – Sunday 23 July 2017.

The road closures are scheduled at different times between 10am and 1.30pm.

Roads affected: Howard Way, Maddox Road, Arkwrights, Minchen Road, The Stow, First Avenue, Monkswick Road, School Lane, and Park Lane. Access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and controlled access for residents of 1 to 23 Park Lane.

Due to the road closures on the day we strongly encourage people taking part and spectators to walk to the Carnival if possible.
