HOW DO you know when the circus is in town? Or the wrestling is coming to Harlow. You probably know because you have seen a poster across town.

Recent examples was the Moscow State Circus that appeared in North Weald in July and the Wrestling that also showcased in Harlow,

Harlow Town Centre is littered with wrestling posters.

So we asked Harlow Council if they had permission to put these adverts around the borough?

They told us that the answer was no. Signs for the Moscow State Circus that were put up opposite the Water Gardens were taken down immediately.
