THE Aggrolites are part of the Los Angeles scene that I love and envy; they have worked with heroes of mine like Tim Armstrong of Rancid. On Friday, the reggae royalty whose sound conjures up a longing for laidback summers in LA will be playing their dirty reggae in The Square, in my hometown of Harlow, and I couldn’t be more excited.

The crowd at The Square is going to be a very happy one, and if you know someone who’s got one of the sold out tickets and you need a favour, ask them after the gig.

The fans will no doubt hope that great numbers such as Free Time Put Your Weight On It and many others will be played.
