Reyland JohnsonA HARLOW estate agent has helped bring football home to St Clare Hospice as part of a
fundraising initiative that kicked off during this year’s World Cup.

The Hastingwood-based charity has netted a £1,000 donation from Reyland Johnson after the company pledged to donate 10% of its fee for every property that came onto the market with them while England remained in the competition earlier this summer.

Last Tuesday, St Clare corporate fundraiser Brooke Stacey was invited to the new Reyland
Johnson offices in Bush Fair to be presented with the cheque by estate agents James Reyland and Ben Johnson.

They said: “We rely on the local community for the core of our business so to work with a local cause like St Clare Hospice which supports and cares for people living in the town that we serve is the perfect way for us to give something back. We are very proud to be associated with the
Hospice.”

“We would like to say a big thank you to Reyland Johnson for choosing to fundraise for St Clare in this way,” Brooke added. “The support of our local business community is invaluable in helping us generate the money we need each year to ensure that local people facing a life- limiting illness and their families have timely access to our skilled and compassionate care.

“England may have crashed out of the World Cup disappointingly early for football fans, but we are absolutely delighted with this £1,000 donation.”
