Nishall’s Blog: Ninteen not out!

ON the 23rd of November 2014 I turned 19! For day that I spent it with my family and it brought back many memories, such as getting told how I did things when I was a baby and how I have changed to be the people who I am.

Over the last few recent years I believe that the support of friends and family has helped me to become the person I am and has supported me in what I have done in the community, by tolerating with my weird and wonderful request and giving me ideas on how I can do thing better. Most of all, by giving the love and support they have showered over me, and I want to say a big thank you to them and that also I really appreciate it all of it.

In this week blog, I want to remind you to say thank you once in an while because we often take things for granted and we don’t see the real value of something.
Be appreciative. The more specific you can be about what you value — and the more you notice what’s most meaningful to a person and they will understand the value of what you have given them— the more positive your impact on that person is likely to be. A handwritten note makes a bigger impression than an email or a passing comment, but better any one of them than nothing at all.

If you cultivate the habit of focusing on the positive, your level of appreciation will increase. As you find more and more reasons to appreciate every aspect of your life, you will become a magnet for attracting positive energy. And that positive energy flowing into your life will give you even more cause for appreciation.

So go and appreciate what you have and say thank you to some and it will make their day!
