Burglary in Fennels area of Harlow

POLICE are appealing for information following a burglary in Harlow.

Between 11am and 3.20pm on December 3, a house in Fennells was broken in to after an insecure shed was entered and a pitchfork was removed. This was used to open a rear patio door to gain access to the house.

Various items of jewellery, cash, a pair of trainers and a commemorative American football shirt were stolen.

Police are looking to speak to a well-dressed man seen in the vicinity at around noon on December 3.

He is described as white, of slim build, aged between 20 and 30-years-old. He had brown hair and was clean shaven. He was dressed all in black smart clothing.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Pc Moira Kennedy at Harlow police station on 101.
