DUE to a technical problem the out-of-hours emergency phone line (01279 446666) to Harlow Council was not working last night (7 December 2014) and into the early hours of today (8 December 2014).

From around 6pm yesterday the out-of-hours phone line to Kier Harlow’s Central Control failed. The problem was with the phone provider who resolved the issue this morning.

Harlow Council and Kier Harlow wish to apologise to any residents or businesses who may have tried to phone the number last night. The Council and Kier Harlow are reviewing the situation and considering future contingency plans.
