Little Walk closes as part of Harvey Centre improvement

Lifestyle / Mon 12th Jan 2015 at 07:29am

LITTLE Walk in Harlow town centre closed on Friday as part of plans to improve The Harvey Centre.

All tenants from the parade had already either relocated or closed for business.

A spokesperson for The Harvey Centre said: “As part of the commitment to enhance The Harvey Centre, the owners have decided to close Little Walk.

“The actual building is in poor state of repair, with many tenants having chosen to relocate into the improved Harvey Centre following its refurbishment.

“The plans to demolish Little Walk will make way for the future redevelopment of Harlow Town Centre.”

To the Your Harlow Team. Can we have an update on this please. The Little walk is derelict and dangerous and fenced off but in no way is this regeneration. It's damnation alley now.

I still miss that area every time i go to the Town centre. Another lively little area that has been ruined. To many selfish people doing what suits them without giving a srcond thought for what anyone else wants/ needs.
