Man left with life-threatening injuries after assault in Potters Field

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Harlow which has left a man in a life-threatening condition.
Officers were called shortly 3pm on Friday, May 6 with reports of a man aged in his 50s found seriously injured outside an address in Potters Field.
He was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital where he continues to receive treatment to serious head injuries.
A 29-year-old man from Harlow has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and remains in police custody.
Detective Inspector Ian Jennings who is leading the investigation said: “This happened in a residential area in the mid-afternoon and I’m sure someone will have seen or heard something. I’m urging anyone with information to get in contact.”
