Pedestrian dies after collision with car on Katherine’s Way

A pedestrian has died following a road traffic collision in Harlow.
Police were contacted at 11pm yesterday, Tuesday June 21, with reports a 28-year-old man and a green Vauxhall Corsa were in collision in Katherine’s Way.
Officers and the ambulance service attended but sadly the pedestrian, who was from the town, died at the scene.
The driver, a 24-year-old Harlow man, was uninjured.
A section of the road was closed while emergency services were on the scene and forensic collision investigation work was carried out. It was reopened shortly before 5.55am today.
