Police called to Harlow high-rise after concerns for man on roof

ESSEX Police were contacted shortly after 10.30am on Friday, July 1 with concern for the welfare of a man on the roof of Edmunds tower block in Harlow. Officers attended and the man was brought down to safety.
He will be placed in the care of healthcare professionals.
