Harlow councillors vote to fight hate crime

HARLOW councillors voted unanimously in support of a motion condemning hate crime in the town.
The motion was proposed by new councillor, Stefan Mullard who made an impassioned speech in support of his cause.
He was followed by the leaders of the Conservative and UKIP group as well as many other councillors.
