Karl Wickham-Downes, 26, of Holt Close, Chigwell, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates Court today, Wednesday, August 10, charges with two counts of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply having been arrested in Nicholls Field, Harlow, just after 10.35am on Tuesday, August 9.
