AN INQUEST has recorded how a woman died at Princess Alexnadra Hospital in Harlow.

A hearing was held on August 10th at Chelmsford Coroners Court.

The inquest heard that Pamela Esther Joan Hislop became unwell and died on 3rd October 2015.

They recorded “She died as a result of a rare recognised complication of a necessary medical procedure. If the deceased’s anticoagulation medication had been identified prior to the biopsy, it is unlikely that she would have bled and it is likely that she would have survived.
