Appeal for witnesses after assault and burglary in Brockles Mead

ESSEX Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in Harlow.
Two men knocked on the front door of a property on Brockles Mead at around 8.30pm on Monday, August 22.
When the occupant, a man in his 20s, answered the door the men forced their way into the hallway.
The victim managed to fight them off, stopping them from going further into the property. They then fled.
The man was left with facial injuries.
The first suspect is described as black, in his mid to late 20s, 6ft 4ins tall, of slim, athletic build, with short, dark cropped hair and a neatly trimmed beard.
He is described as wearing a grey tracksuit and grey trainers.
The second suspect is described as black, 6ft 4ins tall, of slim, athletic build, short, dark cropped hair, with short facial hair.
He is described as wearing a navy blue tracksuit and blue trainers.
