Statement from More In Common

“The last few weeks have made some in our community feel unsettled or vulnerable. Harlow Labour Party, Harlow TUC and More In Common are seeking to reassure and support our local community, emphasising what unites us.

We have organised a Solidarity International Food Shopping day on 17 September. We encourage everyone in Harlow to show their solidarity by shopping in our International shops in Harlow.

There should not be any “them and us” as we are all part of one race, the Human Race. We have More In Common than that which divides US.

Let’s show that hate has no place in our town and community.”
