IT is now some seven months since the tragic death of seven-year-old Summer Grant in a bouncy castle in Harlow.

Last month, we reported that two persons had been re-bailed in relation to the events at the town park.

In order to set the record straight, we asked the Health and Safety Executive, where they were with their investigation.

A spokesperson said: “Primacy of this investigation remains with Essex Police at present. HSE continues to assist the police with their enquiries”.
