Scary Sunday: Halloween at the farm
Herts and Essex Community Farm, in Foldcroft, will be hosting an Halloween event on Saturday 30 October 2016.
Bring your little terrors down for a Halloween celebration at Herts and Essex Community Farm.
Little ones can take part in a trick or treat treasure hunt around the pumpkin patch.
There will also be traditional Halloween games including bobbing for apples, a fancy dress competition, spooky arts and crafts and more.
There will be a prize for the child in best Halloween fancy dress.
Our BBQ will be serving hot dogs and veggie hot dogs.
Herts and Essex Community Farm is a non-for-profit community project. They started in October 2013 as there was a need in the community for more growing spaces, with the purpose to increase access to fresh, healthy, sustainable food and provide a shared space for people to cultivate skills, get exercise and make friends. They have had over 200 volunteers so far.
The farm sits on a ex-allotment site in Foldcroft, Harlow. The site is approximately just over 0.5 acres with a stream running along one end.
