ESSEX Police are releasing a CCTV image of a man we want to speak to in connection with the theft of two Apple iPhones from Cash Concepts in Market Square, Harlow, on October 21.

Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact Pc Andrew Mullis at Harlow police station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
