Harlow teenager remanded in custody over stabbing in Grays

A TEENAGER from Harlow has been sent for trial after he allegedly stabbed a male from Grays.

The charges are as follows.

1. On 16/11/2016 at Grays unlawfully and maliciously wounded a person with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.

2. On 18/11/2016 at Grays had in your possession 0.6 grams of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

3. On 18/11/2016 at Grays had in your possession 0.2 grams of cocaine a controlled drug of class A in contravention of section 5(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

4. On 18/11/2016 at Grays had in your possession 60 wraps weighing 13.3 grams of Cocaine, a controlled drug of class A with intent to supply it to unknown persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

5. On 16/11/2016 at Grays without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, had with you in a public place, namely New Road, an offensive weapon, namely a blue handled flick knife

The teenager, who cannot be named, for legal reasons, has been sent for trial at Basildon Crown Court on December 19th.
