Harlow Town vs Met Police

By Luke Henry

Harlow welcome Metropolitan Police to the Harlow Arena as they look to build on their 1-0 victory on saturday afternoon against Tonbridge Angels. They welcome Met Police who arrive on the back of a 1-1 draw versus Billericay. Prior to that, their form at the start of the new year has been somewhat inconsistent, winning two and losing two of their first five matches. The visitors form away from home has been very poor all season, winning only two matches on the road, while Harlow have the joint best home record in the league with 10 wins from 13 matches. Harlow are ten points in front of their opponents going into this match on 41 points, six off the play offs, while Met Police languishing in 18th place on 31 points prior to kick off.

With the transfer speculation looking like coming to an end, Alex Read can now focus his attention on finding his 150th goal in Harlow colours, while Khale Da Costa may be recalled to the starting eleven. Meanwhile, Met Police could welcome back Charlie Collins and Rob Bartley.
