Harlow’s Community Farm to host Well-Being Day

AS Part of Mental Health Awareness Week the Herts and Essex Community Farm in Foldcroft, Harlow will be hosting a Wellbeing Day.
This free event for all the Community will feature mental health, meditation, mindfulness, aromatherapy workshops works shops and a free children’s yoga session.
The event will be attended by Councillor Ian Beckett, as part of his role as Harlow’s Mental Health Champion.
Organiser Munaza Ali said:
“Mental health is an important issue that affects us all, and we are proud to be involved in hosting a Wellbeing Day to coincide with National Mental Health Awareness Week.”
“Working outside, being in nature, self-care and socialising with others are all important for mental health, and we hope to have a fun filled day with activities with something on offer for all.”
The event will run from 11:00am until 15:00pm, on Sunday, May 14. It is free for all to attend and there will be healthy food and refreshments provided.
